• To provide technical and administrative direction in Sales for the achievement of the mandate of the company
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures the implementation of policies and programmes of the unit
• Ensures the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive database on Marketing and related matters
• Ensures marketing and sales targets are achieved
• Ensures the effective implementation of marketing and sales programmes
• Ensures the promotion growth in targeted markets
• Ensures the conduct of market research for current and future products
• Ensures the preparation and submission of annual and other periodic reports
• A masters degree from an accredited tertiary institution in marketing management or any related field
• A minimum of 8 years post bachelors degree relevant work experience, 5 years of which must be in a senior management position in a reputable institution
• Working knowledge of the print industry would be a distinct advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiating, lobbying and resource mobilisation skills
• Extensive knowledge in print technology and related matters
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
