As a Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our restaurant environment. Cleaning Duties
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, countertops, and tables
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed
Other Duties
Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management

A minimum of SSCE certificate or its equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred, particularly in a restaurant or food service environment.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
