The responsibilities of the position are,
Review Travel and Activity requests in line with approved budgets
Prepare statutory payments
Facilitate prompt payment of bills
Review, record, and file cash transactions.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the attention of the Grants and Finance Manager
Prepare Monthly Bank reconciliations.
Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective
delivery of goods Services
Update and maintain procedural documentation
Participate in preparation for annual financial audit
Any other duty as may be assigned
Possess a first degree in Accounting
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in NGO work in Ghana
Excellent presentation, writing and reporting skills
Competent in the use of Tally and or QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
