1. Curriculum Delivery-
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the Ghanaian school and British Curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding and participation.
2. Student Assessment-
• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress using appropriate assessment tools and techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and assessment results.
3. Classroom Management-
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and behaviour expectations to ensure a positive and disciplined atmosphere.
• Manage student behaviour effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
4. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement_
• Foster strong relationships with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about student progress, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and support staff to promote effective teamwork and a positive school culture.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences, school events, and meetings as required.
• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Education or a relevant field.
• Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience teaching primary school students, preferably in a similar educational setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ghanaian primary school, British curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.
