Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be a Retail Executive in the Customer Experience department, reporting to the Retail Shop Manager. They will interact with customers, identifying and resolving service needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
People:
Participate in all training and personal development exercises.
Engage in team briefings and coaching programs to improve service delivery in the shop.
Process:
Ensure healthy acquisitions and compliance with activations.
Drive enhanced customer experience in the shop.
Enforce adherence to all customer service procedures and processes.
Customers:
Resolve all customer queries/complaints as per SLAs.
Ensure positive ratings on T-NPS and CES.
Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of experience in retail operations.
