Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate executives calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodation logistics.
Track daily expenses and compile weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Supervise the performance of other clerical staff.
Fulfill the role of an office manager by overseeing office supply inventory.
Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Record minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls, as well as manage correspondence distribution.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications, such as e-calendars and copy machines.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
