Job Description
Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
Ensuring accurate pricing by scanning goods.
Collecting payments, whether in cash or credit.
Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
Redeeming stamps and coupons.
Cross-selling products and introducing new items.
Resolving customer complaints, providing guidance, and furnishing relevant information.
Welcoming customers upon entry or exit from the store.
Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
Recording transactions on balance sheets and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role.
Basic knowledge of PC operations.
Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers.
Proficient math skills.
Strong communication and time management abilities.
Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.
Diploma, HND, or degree qualification.
Location: Accra
