A firm in the hospitality space is looking for a qualified person to oversee its hotel operations
Job Location:Kumasi – Techiman Highway
Job Description
The manager shall be responsible for the planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within the business.
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
Oversee daily operations of the business.
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
Work with security officers to promote a safe atmosphere for guests and staff
Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
A minimum qualification of Bachelors degree in Tourism or related fields.
A masters degree will be an advantage
5 years (minimum) relevant working experience
Adept at MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Must be familiar with the hospitality industry.

Accounting and Financial Management.
